Biossegurança e prevenção de intercorrências em procedimentos estéticos minimamente invasivos: revisão narrativa com enfoque na prática clínica biomédica

Abstract
Introdução: Procedimentos estéticos minimamente invasivos, especialmente os injetáveis, apresentam ampla demanda no cenário contemporâneo. Embora geralmente associados a recuperação rápida e baixa invasividade, esses procedimentos envolvem ruptura da barreira cutânea, manipulação de produtos biológicos ou sintéticos e risco de intercorrências infecciosas, vasculares, inflamatórias e funcionais. Objetivo: Analisar, por meio de revisão narrativa, a importância da biossegurança, da triagem clínica, da técnica asséptica e da padronização de protocolos na prevenção de intercorrências em procedimentos estéticos minimamente invasivos, com enfoque na prática clínica biomédica. Metodologia: Revisão narrativa baseada em literatura científica e documentos técnicos sobre procedimentos injetáveis, toxina botulínica, preenchedores dérmicos, eventos adversos, técnica asséptica, controle de infecção, consentimento informado e segurança do paciente. Discussão: A literatura aponta que grande parte das intercorrências pode ser reduzida por planejamento adequado, seleção correta do paciente, conhecimento anatômico, técnica asséptica, documentação clínica, orientação pós-procedimento e protocolos de resposta precoce. Conclusão: A biossegurança deve ser entendida como eixo central da estética avançada. A atuação clínica responsável exige integração entre avaliação individualizada, prevenção de contaminação, domínio técnico, rastreabilidade de produtos, comunicação com o paciente e educação continuada do profissional.
